Red’s Motel is a three-piece Indie/Alternative rock band from Frederick County, Maryland. The band played together under the name “Grand Elusion” from 2011-2016 and after a brief college hiatus, started playing together again in 2023 under the name “Red’s Motel”. The band has played breweries in Maryland as well as clubs and bigger venues like Rams Head and Merriweather Post Pavilion.

Red’s Motel plays a combination of originals and covers, but are in the process of transitioning into a fully original band. Cover songs include rock and blues tunes ranging from the 60s to the present. From Simon and Garfunkel to Chevelle, any music lover who attends their concerts can find something that they will enjoy. Each member’s personal influences gel together to create a truly unique sound with their originals. Hints of progressive, indie, emo, and 90s rock combine into an energetic ear worm with emotional lyrics and driving guitars.

Red's Motel released their debut album, Chapters End, on April 30, 2024. They have released three singles, “Better Off”, “Scars” and "Behind The Smiles", which can be found on Spotify and Apple Music.
